High Cascades Power Sports Return & Exchange Policy

At High Cascades Power Sports, we are committed to providing high-quality gear and apparel for riders. To ensure you have the best experience, please review our return and exchange policy below:


All Sales Are Final
Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We encourage you to review product details, sizing charts, and specifications carefully before placing your order.


Defective Products
We take pride in the quality of our gear. If you receive an item that you believe is defective, please contact us within 60 days of receiving your order. We will review your claim and, if a defect is proven, we will offer a replacement of the same item or a full refund. Proof of defect (such as photos) may be required.


Exchanges for Sizing Issues
We understand that sizing can be tricky, so we’re happy to offer exchanges for items that don’t fit. If you need a different size, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item. The product must be returned in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at admin@highcascades.co with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
  2. If requesting a size exchange, please specify the size you would like in exchange.
  3. If reporting a defect, please include photos showing the defect.

Once we receive and process your request, we’ll provide further instructions for returning the item.


Non-Returnable Items
Please note that certain items, such as custom-made or personalized products, are non-returnable unless a defect is present.
